LIBERTY ON LIFE SUPPORT

American liberty took a serious blow yesterday, February 13, 2016 when Antonin Scalia passed away.  If you were not concerned up until now…well, it’s time.

Supreme Court Justice Scalia was one of the best moves Reagan made in his quest for making America great and keeping her free.  Things are about to change…

We are on life support when it comes to our liberties.  America the country is not on life support.  It will go on for many years.  The America of our founding fathers is, though.  That America is wheezing out its last breaths.

If Barack Obama appoints a justice…well, let’s just say goodbye to liberty.

You may think that is brash or overstating.  We will see.  The Supreme Court already had its problems even with the conservative Scalia.  With a liberal in his place…it is hard to digest the thought.

America the great is not eternal.  There are millions of us who love the grand experiment begun way back in the 1600’s culminating in our Declaration of Independence.  We love our forefathers, but at some point their beautiful dream will end.

Historians will look back at different events.  There will be debate on America’s decline.  When did she forfeit her uniqueness.

We can try to ignore it.  You can call me an alarmist.  You can call me a defeatist.  I am not.  I love what America was founded on – liberty!  It is this love that forces me to notice that liberty’s death knell is close.

We will sit in the night watches with her over the next few months.  We will pray over her ailing body.  We will fast and beg God for one more chance for her to live.  We will look at her and promise never to take her for granted again.

If she does not pull through…if power is handed over to liberals to manipulate our constitution – February 13, 2016 will be more than just the day that Antonin Scalia died.

You gave us 79 years – but we needed you for 10 more months!

To a true American – Antonin Scalia.
